Refund Policy
At Laundryou official Hong Kong, we hope you enjoy your products. If you find your newly bought product(s) damaged and defective once you open the packaging, you may send back your unused product(s) within 7 days alongside your original receipt so that we can process your return for you. Unfortunately we are on a no-refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Below goods are exempt from being returned:
．used goods
．discounted goods
．goods not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
．any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
